Convergencia Motos needed more than an online store: they wanted to unify their workshop, physical store, and ecommerce in a single platform. We built two apps that share data in real time — an online store and a fully integrated workshop app.

The challenge
Convergencia Motos was operating with disconnected systems: their inventory in a third-party tool that didn't meet their workflow needs, and no ecommerce to inject that value into an online store.
They needed a solution that unified the online store, the workshop, and the physical shop in one ecosystem where customer data, inventory, and service records flow automatically across all systems.
On top of that, they wanted to run Meta/Facebook remarketing ads — which required a technical integration that generic platforms couldn't offer at the control level they needed.
What we built
Full Ecommerce
Online store with motorcycle and accessories catalog, shopping cart, checkout with PSE and Wompi, and order management.
100% Dedicated Admin Panel
Administration system built from scratch for the Convergencia Motos team. Product, order, inventory, and customer management.
Integrated Workshop App
Separate application for the workshop team that shares customers and history with the store. Work orders, diagnostics, and tracking.
Meta/Facebook Integration
Facebook pixel, synchronized product catalog, and remarketing campaigns configured to maximize ad return.
Shared Workshop-Store Data
A customer in the store and in the workshop is the same record. Unified purchase history, services, and communications.
WhatsApp Commerce
WhatsApp integration for support, order tracking, and closing sales directly via chat.
